Cancellation Policy

Please read all policies carefully before booking your appointment. Deposits • A £20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. • All deposits are strictly non-refundable, but you may reschedule once if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Refund Policy • We offer no refunds under any circumstances. • However, if you experience any issues with your lashes, we will always try our best to resolve the problem, provided you contact us within the correct time frame (see Lash Shedding Policy below). • By booking, you agree to this policy. Infill Requirements • To qualify for an infill, 40% of your lash extensions must still be intact. • If less than 40% remains, you will be charged for a full set. • Please book the correct infill based on the time since your first appointment: • Mini Infill: Within 1 week (a quick 30-minute touch-up) • 1–2 Week Infill • 2–3 Week Infill • We can infill other lash techs’ work, however your first appointment will be charged at full set price due to varying techniques, bases, and retention. Aftercare & Lash Shedding • After 72 hours, your lash extensions are your responsibility. Please follow all aftercare instructions and clean your lashes daily with lash shampoo. • Poor aftercare may affect retention and results and is not the responsibility of the lash tech. • If you experience major lash shedding, please contact me within the first 72 hours. I will assess the issue and try my best to resolve it, which may include a refill if appropriate. Appointment Times & Late Policy • Appointments after 7pm or before 10am incur an additional £20 fee. • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and full payment will still be required. No-Show Policy • If you do not attend your appointment, you will be banned from making any future bookings. Payment Policy • The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment. Patch Tests • Patch tests are optional, and it is the client’s responsibility to decide whether they want one. • If you choose not to have a patch test, you accept full responsibility for any reaction. • No refunds will be issued for reactions, even if a patch test is taken. Arrival Requirements • Please arrive with clean lashes: • No makeup • No lash glue residue • No eye cream • Arriving with unclean lashes may affect retention and results, and no complimentary refills will be offered.
