Cancellation Policy
Nail Salon Policy Deposits & Payment • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • All deposits and services are non-refundable. If there are any issues, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to resolve them. • The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment. Rescheduling • You may reschedule once at least 12 hours before your appointment. • Any reschedule requests within 12 hours or a second reschedule will result in loss of your deposit. Late Arrival • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • If you arrive late, your appointment time may be given to another client, and you may have to wait until a stylist is available. • Services may be shortened if the schedule does not allow a full session. Nail Services & Infill Policy • To qualify for an infill, no more than 2 nails should be broken. If more than 2 nails are broken, the service will be charged as a full set. • The nail technician may refuse service if there is any sign of infection or unsafe nail condition. Aftercare & Responsibility • After 72 hours (3 days), your nails are your responsibility. Any nails broken after this time can be fixed for an additional charge.
